I would think a decent machine shop could weld the holes and redrill them or ream them out and sleeve them with bushings.

 

It was recently discovered that Ford used the same rear door hinges on all their panel trucks from the F1 to quite recent. Do an advanced search on this forum and panel truck rear door hinges. That info should open up a lot more donor sources.

 

So we got the pins out of the Hinges by heating it and hitting it out then we are going to use a bigger pin and bushing. And weld up the ones that are messed up and drill them out
