Doing Ball Joints-what else?

Just did my ball joints this weekend. All I personally did was brake pads.
What I would of like to of done would of been bearings and races, spindle bearings and seals, along with axle seals. BUT, my bearings were in decent shape so I just repacked them. Should of done tie rod ends since I had to knock them loose anyway, but money was tight.
A lot comes off when doing ball joints on a 4x4, so may as well do as much as possible money wise.

You're going to have to align it anyway after doing ball joints. You have to align an F250 with a TTB obviously anytime you mess with the caster, camber, toe, yada yada yada but ALSO if you change the ride height at all because the TTB is attached to the truck's frame. With that being said; already needing an alignment I would do everything I could afford that affects alignment and even remotely needs attention: ball joints, spring & shackle bushings, axle pivot bushings, tie rods.
If money allows and necessity is present or soon imminent I would also do:
As well as axle stub u-joints and rotors. But if all those things are fine then just clean/repack the bearings and throw in new hub oil seals. It's just a lot of stuff coming off to get at the ball joints and a PITA to take it all back off when you lose a bearing or u-joint etc. a few months or so down the road.
The knuckles are not the same from Dana 50 --> 60.
