Yes there is a conversion from either crane cams or comp cams I can't remember. One thing you should know is that the conversions require special cams with a smaller base diameter but his does not change the lift or duration available. Just be sure not to try to put a standard roller cam in witht he conversion.

Yup I did mine using comp cams retrofit camshaft about $250-$300 from P.A.W, entire roller set up from roller 302 ebay $20-$60 which included roller lifters, lifter retainers ("dog Bones"), and retainer ("spider"). IT also uses special length 7.7" pushrods, got them fro summitt racing $80, crane cams uses different length. Also on last thing before you get the blocks machined get your machine shop to tap the valley of the block for two screws. May have to grined very little material away so that the dog bones sit square on the lifters. You can do it your self or can have any machine shop do it for you cost around $70-$100. May have some photos let me know if you want them. If you could score two engines I would get them, they make cool roller engines and you can get'em cheap!!
