Considering a 95 7.3L, What Symptoms Should I Absolutely Walk Away From

Its still works for me. I have no idea if this will work but I added a space after http: so it won't show up as a hyperlink. Hope that works

Madpoge, sounds like those are pretty solid tires especially if she was making it through the snow banks left at the intersections in the wake of the plows. I was looking into some Bridgestone Dueler Revos earlier this fall. As far as craigslist I've been checking Kenosha-Racine, oshkosh-appleton, and milwaukee couple times a day. I like the ones you found, just don't have that kind of cash at the moment. My goal for now is to find an old cheap reliable truck until I can put enough aside to get something nicer like you guys are finding. The reason I started looking at diesel is because of how reliable I've heard these older international diesels are and minus the modern and more expensive electronic engine controls.
Well hey if they are as nice as either of yours look, prolly won't be able to afford them for a couple months!!!!! Note the price of the one I'm looking at now. What's he asking?

Well the PSD is computer-controlled. Fuel system is purely mechanical and independent of the PCM, but the injection pressure, timing and pulse width are all PCM-driven. Fairly reliable, and given you can get a used spare PCM and IDM for $100-ish each, I wouldn't call them "expensive". But if you're looking for something simple, very few sensors, etc., something that will start after an EMP nuclear apocalypse, and will run down the zombies on your way out of town as well, you want a 4x4 IDI with a manual.
