ANTI-GEL DIESEL FUEL TREATMENT

Anyone know anything about anything on this stuff, a buddy mentioned he can get some through work but has to order it a case at a time. ive never heard of it and only found one thread about it from3 years ago with a dead link but i think this is the new link they had posted
