C-700 needs a new home

it seems that there is very little interest in the C-700, as i have tried selling mine for a year now, with only seven curious callers. i have been advertising on the FTE forum and Craigs List Las Vegas, which has had callers from Texas and several from California, + locals. any suggestions where i might find a buyer or what media to post on ??? thank you.

That is a really cool truck and wish i had use for it.Trucks like these take only certain kinds of buyers,so just keep it out there untill the right one comes along.

Scrap

I'm not interested, you asked a question that would be hard to comment on without seeing the add.

I think it will be hard to get more than scrap price unless you repair or replace the engine.

I have to agree with 4x4junk. It sucks that you have so much invested and we all have done it to some extent , but to get near your asking price you will need to part it out imho. Or fix it, but that will be a wash I believe.

thank you for confirming my most dreaded suspicions. i have seen guys that have found real rust bucket beaters in a field or barn and have restored them. my C700 is in really good condition. it will be a sad day to see the "CRUSHER" reduce it to scrap.

Looking at your truck, I am reminded of Stacey David's project "Heavy Metal".

A shame really. The amount of time that some people put in rusted out junk that is still rusted out junk with a rusted weak frame after a princely amount of money spent, and this nice truck can't sell....
