2001 4x4 5.4l with 150,000 on it with in the last year I replace pass wheel hub, inner outer tie rods, upper and lower ball joints, stab links, and idler arm. Everything both sides beside the hub.

1st issue is I get a squeal from passenger tire a little lithium grease where the CV shaft goes into the back of the hub stops it for a while the disc brake guard appears to not be contacting the shaft any ideas

Issue 2 at highway speeds I get a vibration throughout the truck when I let off the gas only .seems to start around 65 and up cant tell where it is coming from. Any help would be much appreciated

 

I would think your missing the front noise issue some how.
Jack up and rotate the wheel and listen close for noise not supposed to hear.
On the shake, first place is the drive shaft U joints.
