#2
None are offered.
The guys are CarCraft built up a Crown Vic and used Eaton springs for a 1.0 to 1.5 inch drop for a mere $190. Read up on the multi-part series: Ford Crown Victoria Suspension - Installing Coilovers, Springs, and a Sway Bar on our Police Car - Car Craft Magazine
Also Google "carcraft panther" for hits on the articles.

I sectioned my frame for an extra 2 1/4 inch drop. Any more then that you run into issues with the FE, and C6 hitting the trans tunnel. The the kick up in the frame gets thin at about 3 inches, and one should be carefull around that amount.
Of course the price is likely I will have to run fwd rims for correct turning radius.
