2014 F350 Lariat Dully FX4 question
Ok after that long title, we just got our 2014 F35 Lariat Dually with the FX4 option about a month ago.
It comes with Rancho shocks with the FX4 option.
Are these real Rancho's or the rebranded ones that have been the subject of so many other Rancho threads?
Just want to get an idea if I'll have to swap them out soon like the other FX4 shocks. Thanks.

I moved the 9000s from my F250 when I got the dually. The dealer didn't want to reward me for them.

I had Rancho 9000's on my 2012 F250 and I really liked them. I took them off my F250 when I traded for my 2013 F350. I installed them on the F350 as soon as I got home. Definitely worth it.
btw, the front shocks are the same on SRW F250/F350. The SRW rears are different part number and F350 shocks are 5/8" longer than the F250's. I installed the rear F250 shocks on my F350 and it has not been a problem... yet.

I change min out at about 12-15K, the factory shocks were shot. Replaced them with Bilsteins. If rancho is willing to sell re-branded junk shocks to OEM, they will not get my money on the aftermarket.
I also ordered the Bilstein stabilizer, but that shock was in excellent condition when I took it off. If I had checked it prior to ordering, I would not have replaced it.

A nice leveling kit might be in order come spring and by then the shocks should be toast by then according to reports.
