Exclamation need adapters for 89 to 2012 8 lug

awesome deal still available i got on cl on 2012 off road rims and tires used by sony pictures... but i need adapters for 89 to 2012

This company shows the opposite but they don't show what you are looking for. Maybe you could call them and see if they make a 8 x 6.5" to 8 x 170mm: A-DAPT-IT USA Wheel Adapters

What Econoline has metric wheels? None.

1969/74 E300 & 1975/2014 E250/350 & E(Super Duty): 8 lug wheels on a 6.50" bolt circle.

yep.... then i bought 2012 rims

what i have seen people do to avoid having to space the wheel out is get the wheels drilled at 170mm and have a insert put in. just something else to look into.
