If you have a a problem with a 5.4 triton motor running rough and basically just not wanting run while stopped, I recently figured it out. After some digging and investigating I found out that the ford motors sometimes will clog up in the injectors and the rail. To fix the problem was pretty simple and what I used is one of my new favorite products SEAFOAM and let me tell you it works awesome. All I did was use it to clean the injectors and the rails, used throttle body cleaner in the throttle and bottle of SEAFOAM in the tank and in 2 day the motor was running like a champ. Don't know if this helps anyone but just thought I would this out there.
