idling issue

My Truck fires up then while idling RPMs will drop a hundred or so, RPMs then climb back up. I scanned with AE and got the loss of feed back code, cleared it, did nothing. I unplugged the icp and nothing changed, CE come on, do i scanned again and got the low icp code and cleared it. Now the code comes back every time and it throws the if i try to run the cylinder combustion test.and still no change with the icp unplugged. but from what i read that usually is for a ruff idle and this isn't what i would call a ruff idle. I have a video of the tech if some one could remind me how to post videos.
I was having some electrical when this fist started,i have forth the electrical issue, least i think i have.
Ideas? Clues? Suggestions? Anything?

Do you have a chip on it? Mine does it pretty bad and I told the tuner about it and he fixed it a little bit, still does it. I just live with it, I have all new sensors.

Have you talked to DP about it? Maybe your connections on your PCM are bad? Other then that I don't know what to tell you.

Could not tell if you have auto or manual.. But mine was surging on idle as well.. Scanned it with ae several times with no result. Then unplugged my tuner, scanned again and found a bad range position sensor on the automatic tranny. Changed it and problem was gone
