04 f150 won't start

My 04 f150 has been sitting upwards in my drive way for a month now won't start cranks great with full power any help greatly appreciated:-:-

Let it roll down to a flat surface and try to start it. Fuel isn't reaching the fuel pump. Even if the gauge says you have enough. Let me know what happens!
