Love the ruby red. I think for my next I too would be very inclined to get the 450 with 4.30 gears.

You will have to post your impressions once broken in.

 

Lovely truck. The ruby red is the cat's meow. I love it on my F350. Only drawback is you want to keep washing it so it shines like new. Keep us posted on it as it breaks in. I'm averaging a hand calculated 16.6 MPG right now with the 20" SRW. I'd be interested in how the dually does.

 

dont the f450 have steeper gears than the F350 dually? i dont see good MPG out of this

 

Depends on what speeds you're running on the highway.

So curiosity,,, what was it OTD? I looked online, build your own @ Ford.com before I bought my 2 "older" F350's,,, I was floored by the cost of a new one.

And yes I LOVE the color! Very nice lookin rig ya got there!!

Not much in the way of incentives right now. I got 1750 off and I was X-plan.

I ordered on 6/5, truck was built on 8/2 (early AM) because by the time Crystal checked on it, it was built. They also took it for a 23 mile test drive. Even sent a note with the truck that they'd done that. I figure this was one of the first F450's off the line. Good news is the alignment is spot on.
