2003 Expedition running sluggish

I've tried everything I can think of and it still runs sluggish.

1. Had dealer change plugs
2. Changed Cop's
3. Cleaned MAF sensor

The 5.4L has slight miss and doesn't respond well at all when trying to pass or going uphills.

Help please.

Have you changed/checked fuel filter or checked fuel pressure?

First mistake is asking them to do your request as guess work.
They were happy to take your money with no service responsibility.
Are you sure they did the work?
The first thing to do is put a scanner on it and look at the live data for an issue if you have no codes.
Second is to try trapping the misfire to see 'who's' involved.
Bottom line is you can't guess.
Some one has to get deeper into diagnostics same as an MD would if you go to him/her with an ailment.
Funny thing, a dealer can't help with all their capability but we might offer direction.
Until something is detected you have no idea what's going on.
Good luck.

He means a scanner with mode$6 test$53 capability
It will show a misfire count/rate for each cylinder
even if no code is set
Phone a few shops and see if they have a scanner that will do this
If they don't know what you're talking about hang up and try elsewhere
Hope you don't mind bg7 for taking the liberty
