First mistake is asking them to do your request as guess work.
They were happy to take your money with no service responsibility.
Are you sure they did the work?
The first thing to do is put a scanner on it and look at the live data for an issue if you have no codes.
Second is to try trapping the misfire to see 'who's' involved.
Bottom line is you can't guess.
Some one has to get deeper into diagnostics same as an MD would if you go to him/her with an ailment.
Funny thing, a dealer can't help with all their capability but we might offer direction.
Until something is detected you have no idea what's going on.

It will show a misfire count/rate for each cylinder
even if no code is set
Phone a few shops and see if they have a scanner that will do this
If they don't know what you're talking about hang up and try elsewhere
