For my Texas brother...
1211 - ICP Not Controllable. Pressure above or below desired PSI
Possible causes:
incorrect oil or viscosity
poor oil quality
gel fuel/no fuel
low fuel pressure
damaged IPR valve
high-pressure oil system leak
damaged high-pressure oil pump
damaged PCM
1212 - ICP Voltage Not at Expected Level
Possible causes:
high- pressure oil system repair
empty/low reservoir at crank
low engine oil level or incorrect viscosity
IPR circuit fault
damaged low-pressure pump
damaged IPR valve
damaged ICP sensor
Damaged high-pressure oil pump
1280 - ICP Circuit Out of range LOW
Possible causes:
biased ICP sensor/PCM
open ICP sensor circuit
short to SIG RTN or PWR GND on ICP sensor circuit
open VREF circuit

A bad ICP sensor can throw the 1211 as well. Pull the plug on the sensor and see if that improves whatever situation you're having.
All three of those codes can be thrown after an oil change because of air in the system. A lot of cranking, a bit of driving, clear the codes, and it never happened.

Looks like we got it fixed.
This all started when the a/c compressor went bad Replace the AC compressor recharged Truck started running bad We have changed both valve cover gaskets the IDM The ICP sensor Truck would start running good after each thing we changed then go back to running bad after reading Nicmike's post last night after we change the idm and it still ran bad we checked all the cylinders with a temperature gun number one cylinder was only showing like 170 all the other cylinders were showing like 230 240 at that point my buddy walked away and I walked over and pulled the dipstick she was 6 quarts low put oill in it fired right up idols and drives perfect. WE KEPT SAYING WHEN WE FOUND THE PROBLEM IS GOING TO BE SOMETHING STUPID. LIKE TO THANK EVERYBODY FOR THE INPUT HATS OFF TO MY TEXAS BROTHER
