Also having trouble with the passenger side turn signals the bulbs light up but no flashing. They work on driverside, and all work with hazard lights on! Any ideas?

The stoplamp switch pigtail can be made with two female spade connectors. You really dont need the factory plug.

As far as your turn signals, find the grounds unscrew them clean the contact point with some sand paper and reinstall with some dielectric grease. That should cure your issue.

Thanks, I actually found out the spade terminals can be popped out of the socket,it was a break in the wire right at the terminal,so I pried open the connection, inserted new wires threw some soldier on the connectors and there ready for reinstall! As for the pass. Side blinkers I'll definitely give that a shot thank you, for a truck that has been sitting for 13 years it seems like all the little annoying things are rearing their ugly heads. But it keeps me busy lol

Since the hazards work but the turn signals do not, this sounds like a turn signal switch issue. The turn signals and hazards share the same filaments in the bulbs, so if the hazards work, everything out at the light itself (socket, bulb, grounding) is likely fine.
