Hey guys I work on a fleet of fords an have got stumped, so im here for some expert advice. The truck as stated in title is a 05 f250 with a 5.4 3v and the 5r110 tranny. Its throwing p0706 and p0707 codes for the range sensor, so we ordered a TRS and just plugged it into the harness with no change. It will bump over in gear if the switch is turned fast enough, It does not illuminate reverse lights while in reverse, and starts 25% of the time. So yes the problem is intermittant. We are probably going to go ahead and install the range sensor although it seems it isnt the problem. My question on that is how the heck do you remove the roll pin on the lip for the trans pan?

Solved, Pass side harness comming from the ecu had got against the exhaust manifold, Soldiered the wires and fixed.
