96 f250 5.8 idle surging when i come to a stop need help!
Hello im new to this forum and I need some help. My Truck is a 96 f250 heavy duty 5.8 5-speed 2wd with 150,000. The problem I am having is when I come to a rolling or complete stop the engine idle surges for about 5 seconds and levels out. I have changed all the small plastic vacuum hoses and the brake booster hose and pcv hose, changed the brake booster because it was leaking, cleaned throttle body and replaced gasket and IAC valve, changed spark plugs, cap and rotor. It still is acting up and im running out of simple ideas can anyone please help!
