Depends on what type of off-roading you are doing and what gears are in those axles. If they are stock turning 38's, it is going to be a dog and taking it offroad wouldn't be the best experience.
Other things to consider: It being an F250, it has a TTB front axle which really isn;t great when turning 38's. The 460 Is a GREAT engine, with tons of power, but again, those stock gears and those tires will be a dog. Then there is the size. An F250 extended cab long bed is a long truck. Any trail runs and you might have issues there.
As for getting stuck easily, depends on the terrain and the drivers abilities.
On another note, not trying to be rude, but punctuation REALLY help's when it comes to forum post's.
