Trying hard to find this part number, it is for the cupholder on the center console, HOWEVER it is the one that does not have individual circles for cups. It is the one pictured below. It is just one big oval. Any clue?

 

That is more of a key holder than a cup.
Have you tried to search for it that way?

That would be a center console tray that was available in the Lariat trim version of the 1999 SD's. You might try your local Dealer and see if they are still available as replacement parts. Unfortunately I doubt it due to age.
