Got a Moog upper at advanced auto. 96$ without discount. Out the door was 79$. Easiest ball joint I have changed in my life ! Went to a friends house and it took all of maybe 20 minutes. Required two 21 mm sockets (or 21 mm and a wrench), extended ratchet if you have on (I have a big red 24 inch that is treating me very well), 10 mm socket to remove ground strap on frame, pin punch for cotter pin, hammer, map gas torch, grease gun and a tool to press it out with. My friends tool was from harbor freight. No problems. The camber is adjustable with the off center washers on the control arm assembly bolts. The Moog was made in USA! Unsealed unit so you can grease it as much as you need till you flush out the contaminates. The steering is very smooth now. My steering wheel was off center before and is now a little worse. I know I can probably fix that at the gear box and get it aligned when I can. Thanks guys! Very happy to have that dangerous ball joint out of there

You repeatedly mentioned "ball joints". Did you get "ball joints"?
Have read that there have been issues replacing just "ball joints" in used forging b/c might not properly retain press fit "ball joints". Some replacement "ball joints" are knurled to provide necessary interference.
My observation was that at least some "MOOG upper control arms" are Made in China these days. Am aware that MOOG was traditionally made here.
Note that these control arms come complete w/ball joints, both bushings & forged steel control arm itself. Definitely wanted to replace both old bushings & have heard they can be a PITA to install correctly.
