Leveling & Lift? 2009 FX4
Several questions here.. answers to any or all of them appreciated.
I have a 2009 FX4 SCrew w/long bed .. currently have 22's on it. Looks sharpe but I want to switch it out to be less 'street' and more 'truck'. Was considering a 3" lift and going 33" or 35" tires.. probably 18" or 20" rims.. any suggestions. Do I need to level it then lift it? I also tow a camping trailer.. so I don't really want any 'nose up' stuff. I saw a truck with a 2" level kit and 1" rear lift with 33's and it looked pretty solid.
Lastly, my truck seems to have a slight lean.. almost like the suspension on the driver's side is softer. The lean is probably .5"-1" (i should measure it).. (truck has been in a crash, no clue how serious) .. any ideas what the deal is.. maybe I should have it looked at. Thanks for all the input.

I would go with a 2 1/2" level kit up front. That will bring it up level with the rear. You can run 20's and 33's with no problems. I ran the factory fx4 20's and 35/12.5's on my 09 with the same setup.
To solve the "nose up" issue while towing install a set of air bags on the rear. Just fill em up when you have a load and your good to go.
