Adjusting Parking brake pedal
The parking brake pedal on my 1995 F150 is self adjusting. Perhaps yours is too? What problem do you have that you want to adjust it?

Adjusting Parking brake pedal
So you can get the parking brake set, but just no indicator light. I am thinking maybe a burnt out bulb. Not sure if that is the same light for problems with regular braking system, but my wife's Aerostar did the same thing and I just ignored not having the light. But again, I am not positive your pedal has no adjustment. Also, I think there should be a switch that the pedal lever bumps to turn on the light and maybe that switch is not aligned right anymore.

Adjusting Parking brake pedal
Ok, I just repaired problem and want to share for knowdlege of everyone.
There´s a switch on top of brake pedal (is a positive switch). It feels some contour of brakepedal (like a cam principle). Mine was not feeling the pedal, it was sticking, and was the problem of having no light at instrument cluster. I aplyied some WD40 to switch´s bolt top and down and it´s working nice again.
