Spring is coming and wish to do an oil change and summer is coming as well. My Question is should i still run 10w30 or go with 5w30 live in midwest so temps get pretty warm in the summer time. Have been using 10w30 all year round but am sure there are some that use diffrent. Either lighter or Heavyer. any info appricated. 1980 F100 with 300I6

 

Factory recommended is10w30 unless running in extreme cold weather.
