Transaxle leak/ATF level

Transaxle leak/ATF level
A while back during an oil change at my dealer, they spotted a ATF leak which they said was caused by the fluid fill tube. I hadn't noticed any leak at all. Brought it back to replace the tube under a TSB.
A few days after a drive on a highway at 75mph, I had a major leak. I have a Scanguage-II which can read ATF temperature. At just under 185 deg, it was at the full line. That's after the leak so it was overfilled.
Took it back with pictures of the now several spots. An area rep that happened to be there suggested a power wash, add dye and drive it till it leaks again.
It never did leak again even after a highway drive at 75mph. I had a TPMS problem and had to back. They inspected it on a rack and it was bone dry.
It was then that I found out that they are having a problem with I assume some but not all 6F35's that can't be filled to the full dipstick mark. I had noticed on a second check that the ATF level at what it called the flat tow mark on the dipstick or about 1/3 above the low level mark.
I was also told that a TSB was coming out on this issue. Funny it took four years to find this out???
