Another new guy

Finally decided to join after lurking for a few years. My son is a member, and I relied on him for getting help from everyone here.
Together we have been working on a 1950 F3 for about a year and a half. First time for both of us, and it has been a great experience. We've learned a lot, made a few mistakes, but had fun. Truck is on the road, with just the flatbed to finish off, and with some luck that will be this weekend.
I know you guys like pictures, so I will give it a try, if it doesn't work, I'll have my kid help me out tonight.

I put something in here not sure what.

4.Then, Click Add Album, Enter a title, and description, if ya want to.
5. Click Upload Pictures, Then click Browse, Locate the Files of your truck. (You can add 3 files at a time)
5. Click Upload.
6. Add a description to the individual pictures, then click save.
7. Add more files if ya want.
8. Click The Picture you want to post, it will give you two codes at the bottom, Right Click The Second one (It say's BB Code, Then Say's [IMG]http:blahblahblah...[/IMG])
Then, Once that is highlighted, Right Click, Then Copy, Then Paste it into your post.
You can add up to 30 Images in one FTE Post.

You didn't quite get it.
Be sure to click the mountain scene icon and past the link to the picture there.
It's possible you accidentally deleted the closing tag on your post above.

Beautiful truck. If you only made a few mistakes you did better than most of us.
Now post more pictures....did anyone mention we love pictures.

Welcome. Good to have you on board. I've got a 48 F3 (also a flatbed) so I'm very interested to see more pics of your truck. I've had better luck uploading to Photobucket (after setting up a free account) and then posting to FTE. Hopefully someone will post those instructions as well. Let's see how that flatbed looks. I'm finishing the wood in mine and then will re-install.

Welcome HBN - fine looking flattie 6 and F3 you have there. Be sure to smile like a goof, wave at everyone - especially the young 'uns - and enjoy the ride on the first and nth ride.

FLAK - some of us took the post count process to welcome or compliment others and not focus on ourselves. Just a thought.

You started with an idea and have a beauty to show for it.

So close on the pics.

Your photos will behave if you select the small yellow mountain icon and then paste the url (that you got from Photobucket or other web posting site) in the pop-up dialog box.

Your photos will behave if you select the small yellow mountain icon (looks kinda like a tiny postcard) and then paste the url (that you got from Photobucket or other web posting site) in the pop-up dialog box.

Thanks Fortyniner, my daughter-in-law straightened me out. I see that you are from WI, which is where my truck came from. It was used by the Baraboo Concrete Co.
