That's in really sharp condition, but can't help wondering about the additional seat LOL .

I guess everyone already knows that '57 was the first year Ford produced a Ranchero. But this one looks nice.

I guess the license plate says it all...

A friend of mine has a 55 Nomad converted to an El Camino. What a waste of old iron.

There was one done just like that for sale here on CL, it was sorely tempting! Apparently pretty common to take an old wagon and do the mods.

It was very well executed I've always liked that body style. My brother used to have one until he rapped it around a hydro pole.

Was that local one blue and white? If so, I know the car. My buddy down at Broadway Truck Salvage took it in on trade several years ago and has been driving it almost daily as a shop truck. The car was modified 30+ years ago I think and they did a very nice job.
