Suspension rebuild kit

Anyone recommend a good suspension rebuild kit? Looking for all new bushing, tie rods etc...Also for you lowered guys, what combination of parts did you use? Looks like you can buy drop leafs, drop axles etc. I am NOT wanting to C notch if I don't have to. I am only want to go 3-4 inches without affecting ride. Just enough to cover the lip of some 17" wheels. I know you can remove some leafs form your springs to drop it. I was hoping to replace them all together though, as mine are pretty wore out. This is the suspension rebuild kit I was looking at. Anyone use it? Anyone have a good riding combo for lowering 3-4"? Thanks.

i cant help you out with a lowering kit as I typically go the other way. higher that is. have you checked with a local parts store for the rebuild kit or a local alignment shop. that's where I would start before I ordered online. good luck with your project.

I'm new to having my 58 truck but the kit you have listed look more like it's for a car. I redid my 58 and lowered it and most of those parts don't look like anything I put on my truck. Someone that knows more than me will have to help you out.

LMC, Parts Depot, Dennis Carpenter all have the parts you are looking for. Just not in a kit.

Knock the rivets out of the front spring hanger and flip it over. You'll have to get wedge shims to reset the pinion angle. should get you 2-3 inches.
