88 7.5 rough idle

Hey all, My 88 F250 Idles real rough when starting cold. Never dies and I can take right off and it drives fine. I did have a Slight miss when under power but after running the codes (code 31) and replacing the egr position sensor The miss went away. Now it just idles rough Once warm it idles fine And it isn't showing any more codes weather koeo or koer. Idles around 700 when first starting in the mornings
Any Ideas???

Have you tried some injector cleaner in the gas tank? I like to run Lucas Injector cleaner fairly often. If nothing else is lubes the in-tank fuel pumps.

My 5.8 was doing the exact same thing. New EVR and TPS and it fires up and idles fine.

Quick update. I have checked and Replaced TPS sensor (had dead spots) Checked for vaccum leaks (none found) and the cap and rotor look fine. I also pulled and cleaned the IAC. No codes and it runs perfect when driving But it still idles like crap. Any more ideas??? Kinda sounds like it has a big old race cam in it. LOL
