Nice truck Mattrod! I am liking those speedway wheels, are they covers or a wheel package? I don't know enough about these trucks to know if you are pulling my leg. I think I prefer my own, thanks.
I had a good chat with Robert, and he set me straight on a few things. I look forward to getting some parts off the Gangstakr in the near future.
Thanks for all the help so far guys, seems like a friendly enough place to hang out.

NOS 1965 anodized grilles as hard to find as Jimmy Hoffa, Amelia Earhart and Judge Crater, three famous 20th century disappearing acts.
September 1965: FoMoCo obsoleted the 1965 grilles, replaced them with 1966 grilles for use as "Service Part Replacements."
I began looking for a NOS C5TZ-8200-B Anodized Aluminum Grille in 1981 for my 1965 F100. Found one in 1984...at an Alabama funeral parlor!

1966 grille combines 1959 Pontiac or 1960 Edsel elements along with a checkerboard. I hated it first (when the trucks were brand new), so join the club.

One thing I have learned is that people do not want to spend that kind of money on something that cost the equivalent of the truck they purchased. Most people want items but the cost of shipping a grille anywhere can squash a deal. For instants, I have a grille in good driver quality that I'm willing to sell for $200.00 with a buyer in lets say, South Carolina. I'm shipping via UPS, so UPS charges me $90.00 for the shipping. Now add up material to ship it in and the cost goes up. The buyer now see's over $300.00 for a used grille. Do you think he/she thinks their getting a good deal? If your selling one without shipping then it is a good deal.
Bottom line when dealing in parts for these trucks, shipping is the number one factor. The occasional shipper does not get breaks like the regular shipper does. This holds true for UPS, FEDEX or DHL. USPS has their own policy and shipping is cheaper. IS IT REALLY??? Shipping with USPS is cheap but if a package gets damaged, (the grille gets folded in half) your out of luck. Ever tried to sue the government? Shipping with UPS or FEDEX or even DHL at least you can buy insurance. But then again read the fine print. You better package the part according to their guidelines or once again your out of luck.
So to answer your question the grille is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
This concludes shipping 101. For the advanced course on how to ship parts, sign up now, Credit cards accepted.

Well said gangstakr seems like every thread with a 65 grille in it there's always that question of if they are selling it or want to trade. 65 grilles are nice I'd like to get one for my one slick and use the 66 grille I have on my other slick. I know a guy with 2 65 grilles ones a good driver not perfect but very good condition. The other is chromed and in perfect shape he's asking over a grand for that one.
