Who uses a Steering Stablizer?

Is anyone using a steering stabilizer? A car show on TV recommended using a stabilizer on straight axle cars that will be used on the highway or drag strip.

I do have one on my 66, but it is a F100 4x4 straight axle. Dampins the "play" in the front end down.

ive got one on my 63 its the rancho stabilizer, personally i dont think it does a whole lot and i dont think it would do much in a blow out, its held on by 3 u bolts that clam around the axle. If you could find a way to hard mount a stabilizer it might work better

I had one. It made it steer a little harder so I took it off. It didn't handle any different.
