Most definatly give Mike@ 5 Star Tuning a ring. His tunes are safe and makes your V10 a into a whole new animal

New to the site. Have 2000 f350 v10 3:73s i use to pull a 8,000 pound 5th wheel and it pulled fine at 70-75mph. Now i haven't pulled anything heavy for about 6 months and went to pick up 5th wheel for my brother only weighed 4500 and couldn't hold 65mph. A local shop told me i should have the computer reflashed. Would a 5 star tuner take place of that or should i have it flashed before a tuner. Any info would be great.

I would definately look at replacing the fuel filter.
The SCT tuner from Mike can help your truck but, definately check out other causes first.

I have done fuel filter, plugs, coils, o2 and idle position sensors. Nothing has made a difference. Next on my list is to replace the injectors.
