Should I stud and egr delete at 200,000 miles
So my 04 6.0 has 200,000. miles. Bone stock nothing but a coolant filter and it runs great. Should I (A). Let her be and keep running it. (B). Stud and egr delete. Or the very expensive route (C). Drop a cummins in her? I want to keep the truck so selling and buying another is not my option. I would love for this truck to take me another 200,000 miles.

What kind of shape is the truck in. Interior, drivetrain ect. If the truck is in good shape then A or B. I don't think I could justify the expense of a Cummins swap.
Something I am seeing more of failing on these trucks is lifters. So at 200k miles, while your doing head gaskets you might consider a set of lifters.

Congrats!
If you don't already, get an ODBII gauge (SG2 or the smart phone app)
this will give you some insight into how your ECT/EOT as well as your
ICP pressure is..FICM voltage, etc.
then consider the blue-spring upgrade to boost your fuel pressure ALONG
with a fuel pressure gauge.
Maybe $300 total and you'll have enough INFO to decide if things are
really in great shape - OR - whether you are having issues BEFORE
things get more expensive.
Don't mess with it unless you need to, but while in there do as other's
have suggested to avoid going back in again in 6 months..
enjoy the paid for feeling
