problem with the forum

I keep getting this redirect when visiting the site and it shows an error message that the page is not available. Something is not right here.

I get that too, I just thought I accidently clicked on a link at the top of the page. Hit the back arrow and got back to the page I wanted.

I've had that happen several times, and for quite some time. I just figured the traffic was heavy and reload the page, which it eventually does.

What where you trying to access when you got that message? Is it a particular thread? A particular forum?

Well, for myself I only read threads in this forum. Like I said, reloading the page, sometimes it takes two or three times, the page finally loads. Next time it happens I'll save a screen shot and PM it to you.

I had the same problem for 5 days, took forever for pages to load, frustrating as hell. This began occurring when: Look at the top of this page, FTE has made changes, for one thing, the gray area below the title has changed.

Yesterday, I contacted Chris (ctubutis-1980/86 forum mod and computer "whiz-bang") on the 'Ameche' told him what the problem was. He emailed me a tutoral.

I removed all the cookies from my 'puter (Delete Browsing History), now...everything is back to normal.

If any of y'all want the tutoral, email me and I'll pass it along.

For those having problems, log out, then clear your cookies. When you log back in everything should be good!

I was on line when the changes were being made and had the same problem. I logged out, deleted the cookies, and everything has worked fine ever since.

I've had the same problem - I clean the history and cookies everyother day - same thing happens - I'm not going to clean everytime I want to be here - I try twice and go somewhere where this doesn't happen

I wanted to PM this to Fomoko, but I couldn't attach a photo to a PM. So I'm posting it here. This is the error message I get Morris, however just refreshing the page fixes it. No need to log out and delete cookies.
