install interceptor gauge in coin holder hole 2012 Expy?
Just got an Aero Force Interceptor gauge for my 2012 Expedition. I wanted to put it in the dash opening where the "coin holder" piece fits. Gauge is a hair too big! Anyone had any luck fitting one? Tried sanding down the outer diameter of the aluminum bezel to fit the hole? The hole in the dash is recessed (more so on one side than the other) and I think it would be tough to use a dremel tool on the hole because of that. I think it would look almost OEM if I can get the gauge to fit down inside the recess.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can do a search on this site for "coin holder" and you'll see a lot of posts on it. But basically you just give it a firm tug and it pops out. There were some wires attached to mine (for the 4X4 switch which goes in the spot if you have 4WD -I don't). The coin holder is pretty useless to me, so I'm trying to investigate a nice way of putting the interceptor gauge in there.
I tow a boat a thousand miles round trip 4 or 5 times a year. I'd like to see what temperature the coolant and transmission fluid are running, plus all the other outputs the gauge reads.

I would like to put another 12v outlet like on the right side. Seems to be the same size hole.
