Ford Y Block 312 Fuel Pressure Question

I am looking to find out how much fuel pressure a 312 with an Edel. 500 should have. I added a fuel tank and I am not sure if it has enough pressure. I just put a new fuel pump on also. Any help is appreciated.

Quite a bit of information here. Somewhere down in the body it mentions 5.5 psi.
