2003 F250 stall/loss of power

To start off I have spent hours reading through these forums but haven't found my exact issue. Mainly the difference is that mine has started back up.

My truck is 2003 F250 4x4 with 77,000miles. I bought it at 73,000miles and previous owner had all maintenance records since new. All service done at Ford dealerships.

1st occurance was after driving 15 minutes at a speed of 50mph heard a pop and sudden loss of power to idle but within a couple seconds came back to normal.

2nd driving for 10 minutes when I let off gas to make a right turn at a light it loss power down to idle but again quickly came back to full power.

3rd was rough idle at start and within 1 minute stalled completely when I let off the gas going about 10mph. Once again quickly restarted.

Installed my edge insight today and drove until warmed up. These readings were taken while driving 55mph. Outside temps were around 30-35* during problems and these readings.

ECT- 186*
EOT- 194*
FICM- 48
Battery voltage-14.1
ICP V- 1.4

Previous forum searching leads me to believe HPOP because maybe pop was the BB popping out. However, although this is a recent problem mine has always recovered or restarted?

What else can I do to diagnose this further?

Thanks, Jerry

Did you have any codes? It's a booger to get to but I'd inspect the ICP pigtail for oil or drive it and monitor IPR duty cycle if you can see it with your Edge. If not you can watch ICP voltage. The engine needs .8 volts to start/run. Below is the voltage levels. If you see your ICP voltage jumping around significantly at steady RPMs, your ICP sensor may need to be replaced. It could be somthing else but the HPO system is a good place to start looking .
