Hey Fred
I never use the "finished" word. Still working some mechanical issues - 3 years or so. We had lot's of help. My 20 year old son loves it.

Fred, spectacular work, it's a shame that here in Spain it is impossible to have a job like that,

Capelo,
The frame on my truck is powder coated (esta pintado en capas de polvo). I powder coated it at my shop. The motor, brake calipers, transmission case, differential and suspension are also powder coated. Thank you for your comments.

It's advantages are it is applied over a sandblasted surface, and when the item is in the oven, the powder melts and adheres better to the profile left on the surface from the sandblasting. It creates a tougher harder surface that does not chip or scratch as easily as a liquid painted surface. I can go on and on and on but you can see how it is applied on videos located in You Tube. Just type in Powder Coating in the search bar and you can view everything that can be done in the powder coat field. Hope this helps.
