I have had my 2006 Screw for 4 months, getting around 10 mpg in town, driving non-aggressive. I think I might need a tune up since there are 120,000 miles on the truck now.

 

when I first got mine (2006 SCrew 2wd w/3.73) HWY:18-20 city 15-17

now 2.5" level with AAL on 275/70R18 avg: 13-15 city/HWY

 

2007 SuperCrew Lariet in summer 14.5 in winter with blended fuel and some plow use it drops to 12.0-12.5 .

 

2006 5.4 SCab w/Leer Shell, stock except for the K&N CAI. By gently driving the speed limit I get 19.5 on the highway, 17 on the freeway at 70. Around town, mostly 45 to 55 two lanes between 15 and 17. It has dropped off about 1 to 1.5 lately, I suspect the winter blends but will check the tire pressure and air filter this week. Has 97,000 miles but the plugs got replaced at 80K.

 

07 4x4 XLT extended cab, 35 in tires w/ 6 in lift and I'm lucky to see double digits..between 7-10...maybe.
