How about just adding a leaf on each?

The local shop here suggested getting a set of F350 springs and they would take them apart and a leaf to the front and rear springs. What do you guys think of that idea?

I think all it would do is put a band aid on the problem. Since your springs are worn out as it is, that new leaf would take all the weight. I would just do a complete swap.

I had one leaf added to my existing spring packs back about 2.5 years ago. Got almost 3 inches from where the stock saggy springs were and they have held up just fine.
