Paint code

Hey guys, finally time is coming down to redo my truck. Its red now. But I really want that beautiful blue. If I keep it red I dont have to do the hood or cab but if im gonna spend the money on the paint it wont take me much longer to mask off the cab to do a color I really want.

What color are those trucks? Or what is the ford paint code?

From those two pictures it looks like the bottom one is a TAD lighter.

Touch Up Paint from PaintScratch.com

Go there and enter 96 Ford Fseries and it will show you the 3 different ford blues

Those 35's with that lift? Looks great!

Yea i agree with you there!

Ill have to look into that. I just have always heard from others that LE was the 'rare blue ford color' but hey beats me.

And yes its a 4" with 35s. Thanks!
I feel as if 4" and 35s is as large as I would go for any 'practical' vehicle. I can still use this for hauling/work... 6" and 37s or 38s become too tall... but GREAT for offroading.

If I could I would own 3 of these... a RCLB setup for offroading. A CCLB stock lift and all setup for highway long hauls (aux fuel tank, air ride etc). And a CCLB with a modest lift and a bunch of awesome accessories for daily driving and cruising around town to show off.

The only reason I say long bed is cuz one of my friends had the most EPIC setup for his offroad rig. He needed the extra space in the bed. He had the duel bull horn stacks.. with a tool box and some diamond plate rigged up as a heat shield. He then had a bench seat out of a van or something backed up to the tool box... setup on some air ride system like the big rig drivers seats have. It was all bolted and mounted in bed... with proper seat belts n all. He would have 2 in the cab and 3 in the bed strapped in when off roading! lol
Personally i thought the air ride bench in the bed rode better than the cab. lol
