T4/S366 is HERE!!!!

Pics as promised:

This will replace a 38R and Int'l bellowed up-pipes. Looks like I'm gonna pull the engine out of the dually and slap it in the currently engineless Excursion. So no back-to-back performance comparisons.

I'm gonna con someone into taking pics while I yank the engine out and do a nice redneck write-up on 7.3 engine removal. Eating too much turkey, stuffing and dessert (again) tomorow - so I'm hoping my fat butt still fits under the truck on Friday. If so, I'll get some pics of this stuff mocked up on the loose engine this weekend.

Congrats Jason! I'll be looking forward to the pics and write up. Are the pipes stainless or mild steel? If I go that route someday, my IC pipes will need adaptors to fit my larger IC's inlet necks.

Thanks Roland, its all stainless except the downpipe. I'm pretty sure Jake can build your pipes with the ends you need when ya get ready.

Cool deal, Jason. I hadn't thought about that. That would make things alot easier.

I think we should put that on my truck to make sure everything works properly, and if it does you can get the same set up for your truck Jason.

All this is $2050. Looks like all I need to add is an air filter to 'upgrade' from the 38R and bellowed up-pipes.

About $1500 (for the turbo). Then ya still need a T4 mount system... I can't tell you how the maps compare, but for the $2300 price of a new H2E - there are a lot of choices. IIRC, Jake says the S366 is good for stock injectors thru Stage 2's. For bigger Stage 2's and larger, you'll probably need more air.

Ok. Just lemme use your truck for a few months and you gotta deal!! Just be aware - it will also run on WVO when ya get it back!!

Cool looking system, thanks for posting, gonna have to come by sometime, and check it out, I will have a weekend available soon to help you if you wanna, I am always looking to learn something new, I will be "upgrading" my turbo soon, can you explain what led you to take out the 38r, and install this setup?
Phil
