01 4.2 v6 where a 5.4 v8 was in a heritage 04

i just found out i can get a 04 heritage to put my motor in but curious as to how much work it would take

Im no expert, but you have to remember these are not carburetor motors. EVERYTHING is computer controlled. Wires to everything. I doubt anything lines up from an electrical point of view.. AFter that, you have to get it to shift right. Sounds like a lot of work.
