Wow! That looks great!

So....you just MADE that? On a color printer? Where did you get a drawing of an Excursion?

Nice job!

Nice job! Well done.

There have been a few threads about making those stickers. Even had a group buy from someone that made them.

Here is a link I saved over the years about making your own:

yes someone had posted pictures of them and how they did it.The only thing different I did was instead of spraying with white paint I use white vinyl as the back.

Much nicer way to do it, too. Lasts a lot longer using the vinyl.

That does look nice! I just scrapped the original sticker off the windshield a few days ago, that one didn't look so good.

I took my original off when it was like a year or less old, so it looked good yet. I have it somewhere, in a ziploc bag... That replacement looks really nice!

I realize how late I am to this thread...but after a "near-miss" at inspection this AM...I've been thinking about these stickers again.

I do have a print shop that could do the clings.....I just need the art. We'd print with the same type of ink used for vehicle wrap..so they'd last a good while. I took a pic of my sticker...which is still in good shape...except for a few nicks. Mine is the one with the SD and Excursion.

Scanning a good one would be great...but I might be able to use a digital picture of mine...

I have a couple unused originals, I'd gladly mail you one for 2 vinyl decals in return. Let me know.

Rob...sounds good. I will double check with my print shop in the AM and drop you a PM. I know I've done clings for car dealership windows with them...should be no problem.

These are the ones with the Excursion on them, correct?

I would be interested in a few if your are able to make more. Mine is peel off and looks as the the PO attempted to remove it before.

Rob...just sent a PM.

We can either do a cling...or vinyl for the inside of the window that has adhesive. If memory serves, there are two "strengths" for the adhesive. One that's more removable than the other.

They'd be printed with the same inks used in vehicle wraps and large scale printing...so UV should not be an issue. I think the inks are rated at something like 5 years.

I will check again with the print shop to see if one is better than the other...meaning cling or vinyl...
