It looks like a decent product, but getting support for something that was released 10+ years ago may be tough.

This isn't a tuning device. It's a separate stand alone computer. $275 will get you an outdated system, software that probably will not run on a modern computer and little to no support at all.
There are better solutions now, especially with emulation devices like the Tweecer and QuarterHorse
