Some of you may be old enough to remember "The Hour of the 50's". It was a then popular song and dance show that aired from 1977 until 2000 in Jackson. The Host was Jackie Thompson. He still is hosting a radio show once a week: WLEZ-FM

Jackie and I have been friends for many years and last night at our Daughter's home in Brandon, we had a chance to visit for a while.

 

Remember it well. Also remember the little place over in Pearl on 80 where they had shows/dances. Drop me a PM next time you're up this way.

Remember Jackie and Johnny Jolly very well. Loved the show and went to school with Jackie's Daughter in Pearl. Great guy
