Not with that particular kit. I did install a mini spring pack on mine, which is the same as that without the longest spring. It is a straight forward install and works well. The kit you are looking at seems priced well as most adjustable track bars are well over $100 by themselves.

BTW, I am running 305/70R16's on stock rims and they fit just fine with my front end leveled.
