Removing Spilled Paint from Plastic Bedliner
I just purchased a well-maintained, extremely clean 2008 F-250 with the factory drop-in plastic bedliner. I actually prefer this type of bedliner, so long as I keep rocks and debris out from underneath.
The only blemish on the truck was spilled yellow paint in the bedliner. I'm not too concerned, but it's yellow and fairly ugly. It only filled up two "channels" of the bedliner about half of their length. This is thick, interior, latex (I assume) paint.
What's the best way to remove this paint without messing up (too much) the plastic underneath? I've already tried lacquer thinner but it only turned the brush and rag yellow.
