Has anyone had issues with the moonroof?

My 2011 F450 last night I hit the switch to open it, heard a bag then the back popped up.

From then on it would not move with any switch, just made noise and didn't go anywhere.

Left it at the dealer today, they called me and said the entire sunroof assembly would have to be replaced and that Ford had OK'd it under warranty.

Anyone else had this issue?
Did the dealer fix it right the first time?

 

I meant I heard a "bang" not a "bag".
Not sure what hearing a bag would sound like.

 

Same thing happened to my v10 2009. Fixed under warranty did it about 6 month ago.

 

Mine did this once while I was opening it on a bumpy road. It randomly pops now on the right side (pass.) track when closing but still functions fine.

 

Mine did the same thing without the bang. The back would tilt up, but would not slide back. Dealer repaired under warrenty. No problems since. Use it all the time.
